Only GT Combo support 4:2:2 format.
You can try with m3u and PC with VLC or similar.

The next variant mpeg 4.2,2,5 signals will load and though they do not show pics on the GTmedia UHD you can stream them to the GT Share app on your phone or tablet and this will show you pictures.

The GT media can not proccess HDR content.

Yes the GT Media GT Combo unit does 4.2.2
It has issues with high bit rate feeds, a problem still to be sorted.

It's a promotional channel in 8K.
The GT Combo 4k is a 4K receiver
It's a miracle that we can see a picture (double)
and this is the real image seen on a computer

Actually the chipset of GTCombo is Amlogic 905X3 and it supports vp9 and HEVC 8K@24fps decoding.
You can watch 8K program on GTCombo even you don't have a 8K TV.

I just tried it.
directly it doesn't really work (with an HD TV), the image is split
but if you record the programme and watch it afterwards as a video
It works pretty much, it's not fluid, but my TV is only HD
