Eutelsat 117
when I scan the eutelsat 117 satellite it does not find the channels in the 3891 transponder and the 3930 transponder vertically.

on the Tp list menu, when you select the tp 3891 or 3930 , it is locked or unlocked status?

those Tp are not even added, I add them manually. then I give it to scan and it does not find a channel.

Have you tried a blind scan of the said satellite at 117w, to get the channels required.

If you have a community antenna you may be limited to only H polarity.
Also if you have two set top boxes connected via a splitter, if one box is on H the other can not access V.
If you do a blind scan do you get the H channels twice?
Do you have polarity set to "Auto" in the antenna setting menu?
