gt combo android registra senza voce

Buongiorno, come da titolo andando a registrare, un programma funziONA tutto, solo che registra senza audio, c'e' qualche impostazione particolare da applicare? grazie

dopo aver registrato il canale, riproduci questo file di registrazione da un altro lettore, il video e l'audio sono tutti ok, ma dal giradischi c'è solo video, nessun audio, giusto?
abbiamo riprodotto questo problema e risolto.

si e' cosi anche nella registrazione a volte si impalla e bisogna rresettarlo dalla prsa elettrica, ma soprattutto dopo la registrazione riproducendolo dal lettore delle app non esce il suono

I have found that when I go to the browser and open a video stream the sound is off if I left the DVB app with Mute "ON".
Pressing Mute in the browser does not turn the sound on.

Check that this problem you have is not from leaving the DVB app with mute on.

Ricapitolando, dopo varie prove, se dopo registrato, si riproduce il filmato tramite pwr setting si sente l'audio, evidenziando il file registrato tramite browser chiede se utilizzare riproduttore video e si sente, ma se si usa direttamente l'app inserita nel menu' esce senza voce. e' piuttosto strano,
ovviamente in tutte e tre le operazioni, non ho modificato nessun parametro
