V7Pro immagine in negativo

Buongiorno,
il decoder che ho installato funziona bene, ma ogni tanto l'immagine va in negativo.
Qui ho allegato un caso nel menu di setup, ma avviene anche durante la visione dei canali tv e sat.

Ecco l'esempio:

Avevo notato che il negativo può apparire se è impostato NTSC, ma vedete che ora è in PAL ma è successo ugualmente.
E' guasto il decoder?

Grazie del suggerimento. Userò un altro cavo.
Il cavo difettoso è quello in dotazione al decoder, chiederò la sostituzione.

Buongiorno, il decoder continua a dare l'immagine in negativo dopo un po' che è in uso: può passare 20 minuti come 2 ore. Quando è in negativo, qualche volta torna in positivo da solo e altre volte devo forzare la sincronizzazione dell'HDMI, per esempio cambiando input sul tv.
Ho provato a cambiare 3 cavi HDMI, ho cambiato tutti gli input HDMI sul tv, ho provato tutte le combinazioni di settings del segnale su V7, ma il problema si ripresenta.
Il tv è un Sony Bravia KDL-40EX600
Ho provato a collegare il V7 ad un tv LG e non ha dato problemi.
Cosa posso fare per risolvere?

Try adding a AV cable between the TV and the V7.
If you do not have a AV cable, just add some wire from the LNB cable outer to the TV antenna plug outer.
This will add some more earth wire and may stop any ground / earth currents that may be passing through the HDMI cable from your outside dish to the earthed TV.
The Sony may have a DC unearthed power supply ( a large lump in the cable), while the LG may have a direct power lead into the TV which earths it.

Ciao, anche io ho lo stesso problema immagine in negativo su Sony Bravia, ho provato in tutti i modi compreso questo che indica di aggiungere un cavo AV, ho cambiato anche una ventina di cavi hdmi di diverse misure e qualità (anche 4k e 8k certificati) ma il problema si ripresenta in modo casuale come descritto anche da altri ospiti del forum. Sembra un problema di compatibilità con Sony perché ho provato su tv Samsung, LG, Saba, Telefunken, Blaupunkt, Panasonic, Mivar e su tutti questi funziona regolarmente. Cosa altro può rimanere da provare per tentare di risolvere questo fastidioso problema?
