The satellite signal indicator seems incorrect and amplified always showing directly 85% I compared it to the GT media V8 golden meter please fix it in the next update

I have submitted a return and refund request to seller because the instrument is inutilizzable for the several bugs indicates and i don't view new firmware to fix them

Unfortunately, the device still needs a lot of improvement...especially the signal indicator

The device firmware is very buggy as reportet here in some threads. I hope there will be a new firmware release soon which fixes the issues.

Hi have a
GT V8 finder pro,
I'm in new zealand but the the meter does not have any option to choose the New Zealand county in the Antenna /terrestrial finder aeria.

How can i update the meter software so i can tune terrestrial tv channel channels in New Zealand

Have you tried other country settings with similar channel frequencies?

Do you have a link to a list of actual used frequencies in New Zealand?

Set and use Italian country as they have the same frequencies.

I got another issue…

Using last firmware, let me try to explain all steps:

- trying to find 70w star one c2 satellite and nothing to find it.. I used to exchange TP’s and whatever you think… (quality always 0%) then, stand on the stars, I had an idea: try to factory restore… I did it… when I select the 70w satellite again, voi-a-la! I could find it !

So, I decide to add more tp’s… and when I got back to find any satellite, same issue, same problem, nothing appearing. So, I proceed again with factory restore and, it find it.

So, there’s something wrong with add TP (or even number of TP’s available for a satellite) that cause this mal function.

You have modified, deleted, or added the tp list, but you cannot lock the signal?
You reset the factory, can you use the built-in frequency point to lock, right?
What did you see under that menu? Cycle through the search menu?

I bought v8 finder pro, and ber value show always 1.0E09.
This is not correct, i use last firmware.
Whith this bug the intrument is useless!
Need new firmware for correct this bugs as soon as possible!
