You can decrease the signal, but Strength (S) and
Quality (Q) must have some data
Strength (S) is at 0% is the connections, LNB is Off or LNB is faulty
Quality (Q) at 0% is that it is not aligned to the satellite

Thank you and for my location my receiver scan on tp 4126 h 31000 with signal around 66%, no channels but I'm not sure if this is 81w or some different satellite.

By frequency 4126 H 31000 It seems Intelsat

4126 H is a data transponder. There is no active broadcasting TP in C-Band , only Ku Band
