i cant add keys in remote control manuel

Have you got any keys in your softcam.
If you have, do a (Export), to USB, then view on your computer, make a note of the format of the (biss keys), add the transponders of the channels you wish to decode, the transponders of 12338 / 12353 / 12415 H 11567, are the same keys as at 3e 12600 / 12624 H 18846 and 12737 H 15O55.
Do you know the keys for your channels.
When you have amended your file, RENAME the file (sofcam), then put this infor back into the receiver, (Import).

it is scanned fta but if you add tv type fta tv-> encrypted tv and manuel add ca system

What I do is start on the channel.
Then go to the conditional access / key edit / BISS menu and press for "ADD"
All the info that is needed is there and I just change the 16 x zeros for the code.
The provider seems to be ignored.

You can later add any channel name info if you need.
