V8 Finder Pro replacment chip

Hello there, my finder broke and needs a replacment chip, the problem is that I have no idea what chip I need to order
Here is a picture

as you can see the chip is covered by this big heatsink and I cannot read what chip it is

I will have to pry this off somehow eventualy, but would first rather other the correct chip so I can then figure out how to remove this heatsink

I don't want to damage the device further by prying this off and breaking the chip and then being unable to read whats on it because of that (cracks)

There are tons of videos on you tube how to remove heatsink from chip including the chip using a hair dryer, google it
