I had a 4.2.2 4k feed here in NZ yesterday.
Optus D2, GMA, 12641 V 25500 FTA
It showed a few bits of image and crackling sound some times.

The issue was it had a data rate of 60+Mb/s.

Hello, nice feed. Recently it also happened to me to catch a 4k encoded in HEVC, the bit rate was around 60Mbps.
The thing I noticed (at least with the gt media V8UHD) is the fact that already when you get close to the 20Mbps threshold, it occasionally snaps. While with lower bit rates, no problem .
