The Finder max is C type USB charging.
Have you tried charging on a C type charger, not just a standard 5v USB.
It may also be that the battery is dead, lithium batteries do not like being made flat, fully discharged.

Já tentei carregar com tipo C mas não ai dsse tipo de que mostra na tela
