Acabo de recibir otro V8 UHD y al colocarle el cable de ali mentación me sale boot-- On - moCH y no carga.
Se puede solucionar ?

Do you mean that the box goes to UP9?
The default video is Pal, not NTSC. so if you need to press the TV Mode button to change the video output.
One method of recovery is the forced recovery method here.

Debes poner una lista en formato UDF o hacer una búsqueda a ciegas en Menú>instalación
Pero antes deberías tomar una decisión si poner el firmware ec4m o M.rs, si pones M.rs el formato de las listas son SDX y Chl
