going to check on FB, they have also stopped posting on Telegram

Also check with the receiver, to see if there is a update to be received (Over the Air).

never ran updates "on the air", always updated with USB

They now can carry out updates, OTA,, via the (APP), plus update the softcam.

Lets confirm that you have M.rs software on your receiver, info as follows.
Menu / Move Curser to APP / OK / Move Curser to Update / OK / If there is a update for your receiver, it will show, then Press OK, / If there is NO UPDATE shown, then there is no update at this time. / It may shown a Softcam update plus one other.

found KEY update, after update have restarted box, but now my CCc.m is showing ON, but is disconnected...
