You can go to Google to download HDTVPlayer-15.2.17.apk and use it. It currently supports ATSC1.0 and 3.0 terrestrial signals and QAM-B (Clear QAM) wired signals.

I believe my question is not being translated from English correctly .

Will the TV Mate work with other software such as VLC ,GOM player,SM player ,KM player

i do not wish to use any software provided by GOOGLE

I have the mate and the hdtv player on my android tv. The only thing I can currently use vlc and other players on my pc is to playback and view any recordings made by the hdtv player when the file is transferred to my pc. I haven't tested any further usage of any of the players you have mentioned in your post.

The hdtv player will also act as a player to play back the recordings made on the tv by using the dvr function in its menu display.

If you have an android phone, you can also cast to an android tv.

I do use HDTV mate with the Google app. Seem buggy right now on guide-program showing wrong mixed description when you switch from a channel to another channel with Chinese letters appearing for French accent. Also it gets often stuck on 'tuning'
When switching channels. You had to exit the app and reload.
I wish there was a third party app to drive the HDTV mate on the laptop.
