Hi,
I am new to this community, and my new GTMedia 9 Prime only shows the channel's list name as srv 1, srv2, srv7, and so on, without showing any channel.
I am living in N America.
I purchased this GT9 Prime in the USA from Gtmedia agent, its sat list is from 30.0W to East with a UK location and is not listed from 30.0W to Western sat.
So, I believe it is not useable for us here in this location and I have no choice but just return it to your sale agent if your assistance is unable to help.

Are you using Ku or C band? using a Ku HHmotor? You can rename or add new sats using your remote control once you are in a satellite with signal and run a blindscan to find channels for you
Thank you. After I did what you said, there is no change. The channel list is like srv1, srv2, srv3, ...and so continue to srv 7 on ku 101.0W and some channels came as the no name. The dish is fixed and without a motor.
I believe there is a need for a sat list and softcam file which I did not find in this community. So this V9 prime is useless here.

There is no channel list needed for such FTA channels on 101w Ku band. That is the way they scan in. You will need to rename them using your remote control. Also, they are FTA so no need for Softcam. By the way the V9 prime has most of the keys inside the firmware. This is what the V9 Prime was designed for, a FTA satellite box.

If you wait on the 180e A F N it will roll.
The key changes a lot, so you would be needing a new key from someone every day or so.
