V8 Finder bt05 power problem

Yesterday BT05 was delivered. Charging red light blinking until stable.
BT connected normally to phone. Then cable was disconnected and device switched off.
After one minute when device switched on no green and blue light.
When charger cable connected red light begin blinking and very soon became stable.
And so repeatedly. Any solution?

it turned out that switching on requires external power (plugin cable-switch on-unplug cable)
despite the battery being fully charged. Any comments?

Odd.
I thought these finders would not run if the charger was connected as many had complained about that.
With the charger connected and running it can be used as a cable-less LNB.

Have a look at this topic too.
That user found his would start after the voltage got low enough.
That would be the unit thinking the charger was still connected.

Yours is the other way, not enough voltage.
Maybe your unit battery is very low voltage and with the charger connected the voltage comes up, but not so high as for the software to think the battery is being charged.
Your battery may even be disconnected or not there?

Battery is 3,7V (measured 4,1V). To clarify: the charging current is only necessary for the moment of switching on.
After that the bt05 works as intended without external power as wireless lnb on battery power.
