How do you connect remote to GTMedia GTX Combo satellite receiver box?

Exit the dvb app to the main Android menu.
Setting / remotes /
there it will search for Bluetooth devices.
On the remote press menu AND down at same time to enter pairing mode.
Note weak batteries will fail Bluetooth.
Note power on command is IR not Bluetooth as processor not running, so for power on line of sight to the GTX is needed.
