SES 1 4020 H

I am new to the fourm so hopefully I have posted this question in the right area.
I'm not sure why I can't receive anything on SES 1 4020 H. LyngSat states that it's in the clear but my GTMedia VX8 STB is displaying "Encrypted".
I have the latest firmware installed (release v368_20250320).

Christian Lyngsat get his info from people like us, so it can be out of date if no one has sent him new info.

SES1 shows that TP info supplied to Lyngsat
"ML
240921"

That is 2024 September.

Others here may know more as they can see this sat. I can't.

Hello

SES1 4020H was updated from PowerVu to PV+ very long time. At some point during the change the channels were in the clear for some time. Lyngsat did the change from PV to FTA but did not update their page once they were encrypted back this time as PV+. There is no way to watch PV+ with any GTMedia or other non commercial box
