اشتريت جهاز رسيفر جديد freesat v8 ultra وعند محاولة التحديث للسوفت مارس
احيانا الجهاز يوقف عند الإقلاع ولما يشتغل لا يقوم باي استجابه من الريموت

Check that the firmware is from the V8Ultra and also that it has 8MB

After the software update to Funcam you need to do a reset.
The instructions should have be corrected to show that.

Reset all and reboot and then scan in your channels again..

Hi.

With the first Funcam software there was an issue with the remote power on button programing.
The box should respond to a GT Media remote if you have one.
If you power on from the wall power it should start and boot.

Check your remote, look at the IR LED through a digital camera, it should flash when pressed.

I see you have M a r s on your v8 ultra.

I am not sure that is correct, I think it should be Funcam.

It occurs to me that your V8 Ultra remote is not working as M a r s software is for GT Media set top boxes, and so does not include the Freesat Ultra remote commands in the software.

Find a GT Media remote, as that should work.

There is a app for phones, IRPlus, I think that works on phones that have an IR emitter or uses an IR plug in.
CAJE knows of this IRplus.

You can put M A R S without problems, better to use Funcam
