ATSC 3.0 Stations All Have Quality of exactly 0

Hi,

I have a new X1 device and seems to be function fine with the 1.6 firmware and 2.40 app except all ATSC 3.0 stations in my area (DRM or no DRM) all buffer forever. They have good signal values (green) but all have quality values of exactly 0. I was wondering if this was a known issue that I can correct. Earlier firmware versions also failed to tune the ATsC 3.0 stations the scans detected.

ATSC 1.0 stations are working.

I am in the LA market. I'm getting atsc 3 for some channels. See attached image of ktla. Signal is yellow.

I see an interesting symptom todsy. For my ATSC 3.0 stations (DRM or no DRM) in manual scan mode when I hit the green button switch between TSC, ATSC 3.0, and Q-CAM, when in ATSC 3.0 mode, the Q bar comes alive (i.e. not exactly 0, and is yellow or green).

But as soon as I switch to live viewing of the channel, or start to record a TS file for support, Q becomes exactly 0 and I lose lock. And so the TS recording seems to stop soon after.
