GTMEDIA V8 FINDER PRO no image on screen

Hello, guys! I need your help with this problem. My device GTMEDIA V8 Finder Pro works, but it doesn't display any video on its own screen, although it does display it on another device's screen, example TV, . I need a program/update for this chip, because when I installed that chip from another device( xxxxxx satfinder), its screen worked but displayed various meaningless images. I think if you share the program, it will work. Unfortunately, the general update I downloaded from your website didn't work. Please help me with this problem. Sincerely, Atajan from Turkmenistan. It is possible that the flex cable or the connector between the main board and the screen is loose or damaged.

The AV in has a switch that disconnects the video to the screen.
Plug in out in out a 3.5mm plug a few times to check.

Have you tried the forced recovery USB method?

Well i didn't try usb force upgrade, i am not sure which one should I use, suggest me please

No way man, if yes, why when i " replaced " from another satfinder it showed some meaningless images, on it's own ic it displays absolutely nothing.

I tried to plug in plug out about 10 times, but it didn't work, could you help to choose which firmware i need to use for my situation, i really don't know which to use
