CAJE means that you try another power supply if you have one.
It needs to be 12V 1.5A, or 2A.

If changing power supply makes no difference, then recovery methods can be tried.

so I'm writing a little late but the upgrade via usb didn't help at all and the inscription on the display didn't move at all, the same thing still lights up, I tried all the options, overwriting the M.rs firmware to flash.bin. then update.bin even without overwriting the firmware, the M.rs firmware is there, I just don't know what version it is, there is an active ApolloPro.IM.151 subscription and even the adapters didn't help, I tried 1.5 V and 2.0 V for Linux receivers in the middle with such a brick, advise what to do next, I also have a laptop at my disposal, not a desktop computer

The USB format can be FAT, FAT32, or NTFS; the size and whether it contains files or folders are irrelevant.
The update.bin file must be in the root of the USB drive. You will find UPg by pressing the keys and then USB, and how it's being charged
