I doubt it ... I use this program installed on my celfone using a bluetooth antenna dongle. To get the compass to work the celfone has to have GPS enabled. I don't see any advantage of installing it on the V7 or V8 stb's because of the distance between the stb and the antenna... you already have a means of viewing the signal strength in the antena setup menu

I dont think its about seeing your signal strength its more about using your V7 or V8 to watch it on maybe an Android box located in another room .

Thats what I was thinking of doing if the app could be loaded

I guess I am thinking more of the DVB viewer app !

With this app WYSIWYG... there is no tv picture, just signal strength and direction to the satellite

As I go back and read the original post it was more for this " scan to watch biss key auto roll thank you " reason and not what I was thinking of using it for . My Bad Sorry !

Useful information about this app works only when connected to the Bluetooth Satfinder device from Hellobox. the Hellobox B1. To work properly you need to have the Hellobox B1 device paired with the app via bluetooth on the Smartphone.
