V8 Finder BT03 No Signal on Koreasat 7 for Satlite Box

Hello there,

i brought this new V8 Finder BT03, i followed all the instructions and videos online but still not working.. i tried it on my Satlite Box LNB using this parameters:

using the app V8 finder,

Name: Koreasat 7
Position: 116.0 E
Frequency: 12719
Symbol Rate: 45000
Polar: H

I used 5v 1.5A charger and connected the lnb, connected the V8 finder on my android phone using Bluetooth.

Antenna: 9750/10600
Satellite: 116.0E Koreasat 7
Transponder: 12719/H/45000

the signal Quality and Strength are both 0% even though it was 82% Signal Quality in my Satlite Box (GUA-S2S1TMO18).

Anyone help me with this?
