Live TV issue - not working !

OK - Managed to set my box up ok and activate the server but have a weird issue !

Series and Movies on demand work perfectly with no issues at all but Live TV has the channel lists there and the channel info but will not launch on any channels at all ?

Same server works perfectly ok on a mag box and tvip box and formuler box

OK as there seem to be no current reliable and fast responses to technical issues with this product on here or any other forum i have decided to return it as i do not have the time to wait around for a possible solution - i feel like they may have launched this product before it was fully market ready and are using paying clients as testers - the Stalker software on the box is nothing like Stalker on other devices and this is very disappointing - i am also surprised that you have to manually update the software on the box with a usb when most other similar devices auto update via the internet again this is disappointing - i will watch this forum with interest and see if the support and general performance of the box improves over the next few months and may give it a second chance then but for the time being its not suitable or market ready imho

Are the Admin and customer support on holiday or does this box just have no back up from the manufacturers at all !!!!!

How can they be so irresponsible. How can it be sold after it doesn't work.. how much longer do i have to wait for this miracle to work
