Please what are the effective satellites in West Africa that you have its softcam to offer us we the Africans because we seems not to enjoy the goodes on these sofcam sections...Asap?

Most of the people who help put together the softcam file live in the USA, I live in Mexico. We are limited by the arc of the satellites in our view, in my case from 135w to 58w. I doubt that you are able to receive any of those satellites where you live, so all of the help I can give is of no use to you. Also do you use Ku or C-band ??

Have you requested a copy of the file that is available here in the Forum to see if any of the info is of use to you... request it here >> viewtopic.php?f=32&t=10267&p=74568#p74568 << note it says North America but you may find something for your area. Otherwise you will have to search on the internet to find what you need... there are some sites that provide lists... Google "powervu keys" and check some of the places there.

Remember the Softcam is only good for Powervu, Biss and Director if you have the correct key and not all are open as some providers are using newer versions of encryption that have not been descrambled.

I just setup my new V8 UHD and would like to have a run at some West sat biss TP's, could someone send a biss list please?

Have a look at at the likes of (lyngsat/flysat) checkout the satellites that you can receive in your area, look at the transponders which are (biss), put them into your receiver, make sure you are connected to the internet, and let the receiver find the keys for you.
