To join Eastern and Wester Satellite Regions?

How can I join the Eastern and the Western Satellite pre installed TP Satellites in one List?
Reason is that I don't understand what happened if I'm in Europe and on my position I can receive the eastern and the western Satellites why I must change the Region? If I change the Region the V8 Finder delete all my found Eastern Satellites first!
xxxxxxxxx if you would like to measure a Motor Dish then it is need to measure position 42°E then 16°E(middle satellite - South of my position) and then the 45°W to align the curve but this is impossible if I have this Zones.

If you stand on the roof you don't have the nerves to search the TP on the satellites! - I don't have the nerves for searching TP after I be on the roof!
This must work with programmed TPs.

When you change regions on the meter it is like doing a factory reset, so yes you loose your settings.

You need to pick one region and add the extra satellites you need and delete the one you don't.

Use 'user preset'' to combine east and west positions.
