Defeito no localizador

ESTOU COM MEU Gtmedia V8 finder com uma mensagem de proteção de curto circuito e agora não localiza qualquer sinal de satélite , ele liga normal , comprei apenas 1 mês e já e o segundo que acontece o mesmo problema , qual seria a solução , vcs tem uma assistência técnica para envio ?

Try a factory reset. You will loose your channel list.

Also try powering it on while on the charger.
Try connecting different LNB's to it.

This has happen to many users. I do not remember a solution.

Nada resolveu ...estou muito triste pois já e o segundo aparelho Gtmedia que acontece o mesmo defeito, porém como gosto do funcionamento resolvi comprar o segundo mesmo depois de perder o primeiro , ....depois acontecer a mesma coisa ??? Fiquei decepcionado com a qualidade nesse quisito da marca ....um simples curto.poe tudo a perder...

Você já verificou se não é problema no LNBF ou cabeamento da antena?

Sim em qlq antena ele não acha mais sinal de força nem qualidade

Mesmo não conectado a qualquer antena ele apresenta a mensagem de proteção contra curto circuito

Try turning the LNB power on and off.

Já realizei este procedimento, tambem não resolveu , creio eu que e uma espécie de modo que ele entra quando acontece isso , ou então tem que se trocar alguma peça que faz o isolamento elétrico dele do 13 ou 18 v....

There was a post by a user for a different model unit to cut something to fix this I think.
I think they removed a part in the LNB input area that stopped the over current.
I will look for that now.

I found the post I was thinking of.
It was a repair for the V7Plus not this finder unit, sorry.

Do you have the newest software in your finder?
This issue was fixed in the first software versions by updates.

It sounds bad, but try putting an actual short on the LNB input.

De-soldering that unit will be a task as the metal case will take the heat away.
You would most likely damage the board.

You would be best to try to get a refund with the company you brought it from.
