Channels does't work

Hello...

I report this problem if anyone can help me .
I put the service provide, all the channels are available but the screen stays black with a red face ...

I tried many ways and very test services but nothing changes ...

Please help me.

What channels are you trying to decode, from what satellite, are you trying to decode via softcam or by other means.

I have a reseller panel and I recently purchase a gtmedia ifire box to test, I made the FW update and when I put the service in the box doesn't work, it load the channels but I have no image, just a black screen .
