quality signal II 30%

i turn on gtmedia v8 finder meter go to sat list in quality 30 % appears all time with out cable connected

hello I have the same problem when not connected to the LNB i have signal quality at 30% when connected to LNB i can get a signal strength of 70% to 80% but the Signal quality stays at 30% no matter what i do, any help please we need a fix for this.

I also facing same problems,In this satellite finder has always shows signals strength 30% with out connecting any satellite,when I tracking any satellite signal strength shows more than actually I have to getting, please correct this problem on next firmware updated
