V8 finder BT03 no connet bluetooth

yes, sometimes it works, it shows the blue led connected to the bluetooth, but afterwards it disconnects itself and the blue led starts to flash

Olá obrigado por responder estou usando um carregador de 5v no média v8 finder bt03 com conexão a um aparelho moto G5s ele conecta por 1 minuto e depois desconecta . Dúvida vc mencionou nível da bateria . Do aparelho celular ou do localizador se do localizador como Faso para saber , desde de já obrigado pela atenção

The USB cable you use is ours? Do not use too long data cable

Olá obrigado pela atenção na verdade comprei o aparelho a pouco . Achei interessante pois fiz alguns posicionamentos com apps com menos recursos . Estou usando o cabo que veio na caixa dele estou lhe mandando um vídeo rum print com maiores dados .

I got same problem and now is solve after i change power supply with 5V 2A ( i check before when using power supply 5V 1.5A the voltage is drop under 4.5 Volt when search freq, this make bluetooth disconect ), after i change power supply into 2 Ampere the voltage is stable in 5 Volt and bluetooth still connected

V8 Finder application is a good application, but it is impossible to make an archive with settings to spoil everything

Fiz o processo com um carregador 5v 2a mas se manteve o mesmo problema conecta e após alguns segundos desconecta . Tentei com um carregador turbo dc 5v = 5.1 Max e ainda assim se manteve o mesmo problema . Será que tem solução ?

Dear, I got the same issue. First all, I thought my powerbank was delivering 2Amps, in fact it wasn't.

So, do not use this connecting into wall charger. Use a Good PowerBank that can delivery 2 Amps.

Tive o mesmo problema, então, eu usava direto num powerbank.. nada.. na tomada (com carregador 2A).. nada.. só funcionou com um powerbank que conseguia manter os 2A.

Isso não é problema do aparelho, mas, a sua falta de energia (powerbank) que consiga enviar os 2A. Não adianta colocar em carregador turbo, etc. Não funcionará.

Agora vi ali, tem a opção de fazer upgrade do firmware? Eu uso iOS e o meu está na mesma versão V1.2 e não aparece essa opção de upgrade não.

Change the data cable and check. Mine works only for original phone cable.

Hello to the Team ! yesterday i got the V8 Finder BT03.Very happy .So when i got home i connected everything as the manual says.was working great (i mean the cennection of the bluetooth) After 2-3 minutes connection got lost !! So i tried everything EXEPT changing the Usb Cable.the results were that with the small black USB has the box i think is NOT worth at all. i Found other cable of a Android phone and works PERFECT !! So i think that it is NOT an issue of connection of the bluetooth but of the cable.Secondly ,connecting the device directly from the settings of the phone( Iphone SE 2020) connects also PERFECTLY and with the black cable. i would be more excited if we could connect the device from the settings of the phone (pair). i also believe that the measurements are low. i mean via the APP the quality was 46% and strength 97%.when i connected the REDLINE receiver the quality was 96%.. my power banks output is 1.5V/2.1A. i also tried power from a changer with the black cable and was still not working..i believe again that it would be the best way to do the PAIR directly from the settings of the phone . please inform me if the is an other way..any tips
