X8 combo auto biss keys not working

I have updated by firmware to the latest firmware but idman Azerbajan on 45E with tp 11555h30000 can't auto roll. I tried entering the keys manually too its not working.
Please what am i not doing right. Even the decoder is connected to the internet through WiFi but still cannot auto roll

Actually the channel is idman Azerbaycan
Tp is 11555H30000
On 45°E
Biss key is 1001102110017081
When i enter manually too it won't work.
Even when i import biss key too it goes to mgccam biss.

Could it be a problem with software?

The encryption for this channel as per (flysat) is on when (football) is on, should be (FTA) at other times.
The said transponder is for (West Africa), there is another transponder 12689h 5000 for (Central Africa), can you receive this transponder from your location, this also has the channel that you require on it.

Try this.
Start on the channel.
Go to the conditional access / key edit menu.
Then enter the normal BISS section.
Press green for "ADD"
All the other details will already be there, just replace the 16 x zero with the code.
Each channel on the same TP will need the same line in the BISS section with their own SID.

The mgbiss section is for whole TP codes (same for all channels) and is also used by the auto biss.
Codes in there need the internet connected to refresh the code from the server.
Codes in the normal BISS section do not need the net.

Also for Auto biss it is important to have the correct longitude set for the satellite as the server uses this.

On that transponder 11555H30000, there are 26 channels. Two of those channels(cbc sport with biss key 1313133913131339) and (idman Azerbaycan with biss key 1001102110017081) are mostly biss key encrypted during matches whiles the rest aren't.
From your suggestion should i enter the same key for the remaining channels or i should do for just those two because they both have different keys but they remaining channels don't have encryptions.
Or i should add for all channels but those without the encryption for that matter no key i should leave the key data as the 16 zeros.
And one more thing, when entering the key data, should it be entered like this 1001102110017081 or like this 10 01 10 21 10 01 70 81.

First just all the numbers together 01234567890abcdef, no gaps.

Try one channels to see if it works. That way you know the X8 is doing BISS.
Then you can try the mgccamd again.

The newer V7Pro had TP info with the codes in the mgccamd. try that too.
This is the format that outputted:
F 0000 00 0123456789ABCDEF;1521:12715:0001
"F" is the line start for mgccamd, "B" is the line start for standard BISS as they are "Exported" in your softcam.key file.

Code , , , Longitude , , , Frequency , , , SID
Longitude is east 166.1e is 1661, 180.0e is 1800, 177w is 180+(180-177.0)x10=1830, 15w is 180+(180-15.0)x10=3450

I have tried all your suggestions but the channel remain closed during the live match.
On importing the keys , i noticed for Biss is "B" for first letter but those digits in black what are they for and how should i punctuate it.
I still think the decoder can't support biss key.
I am opened to more ideas because i bought the decoder purposely for biss key auto roll.

I too have have BISS channels that change codes for matches.
You will need to try to auto roll during the match, or as it starts and changes.
This is often not fast and you miss the game. That is why the PayTV provides change for games to protect their content.
Some now also do not transmit a CW that is use to find the code.

Re the other channels I am lost as to what channels you have that need codes etc.

You could use Notepad on a PC to add a line for all the other channels and change the SID's to match each channel and then reload your softcam.key file.
If it work, good, if not you can remove those line from your file.

Its only those two channels that are encrypted during matches. The code they use doesn't change throughout the match. Other satellite decoders are decoding with less hustle and Gtmedia x8 combo should do too because i understand its powerful.
After i connect the decoder(WiFi) , do i need to do something again for the channel to auto roll biss keys.
Anyone with this same decoder should help me on how to make this thing work.

there is an option in the menus to turn OFF the CW check sum.
CW Check sum is the forth hex number in each code.

Yes, i always do that when its encrypted while internet is also connected.

Some early software on other GT Media units would keep the old encryption type displayed, even if the channels changed type.
Try deleting the channels and or the TP and blind scan them in again.
If you start on the channel and go to the conditional access menu then to Constant CW and press "Add" you should see the CaiD code, 2600 for BISS, 0e00 for powervu etc.

Well, i did that and when i entered constant cw to add , there was four portals
CAID. XXXX
Caid;Provid;Serid. 4b4a:000000:0003
PMT;ECM;VIDEO. 02760277
Key data. 0000000000000000

The first CAID cannot be changed but the remaining 3 label values could be changed.

So from what i understand, when i change the caid here to 2600, it becomes biss key. What about the others? I mean the provid,serid,pmt,ecm,video values.

That info says the CaiD is 4b4a.
You can not change that, it is set by the provider.
That looks like why you can not open these channels as they are not BISS.

Interestingly when i switch to different channels on same transponder and tried to add a constantcw , those values remain the same.
Out of curiosity i switched to a different transponder on a different satellite to also try and those values were still the same.

Remember that the values you see in CW add are those of the channel your were watching.
To see other value you need to change channel and then enter the softcam menu.
You should see the SID change as each channel has a different service ID.

The channels are biss key encrypted.
I know this because other low budget decoders are opening it with biss key.
I am sure there is a problem with the firmware. Help me with the default firmware. Let me downgrade a d try.
